What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

What are your delivery costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and standard UK delivery typically takes 6–12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
